Digital Bullet exists because the gap between what AI can do and what organizations actually adopt is enormous — and expensive. We build the infrastructure and we build the readiness. Sometimes that's the same project.
25+ years building infrastructure that survives contact with reality — from enterprise cloud systems to, more recently, the AI pipelines running on top of them. Credits include Lost Ark, one of the largest MMO launches in history, where his systems held at 1.3M concurrent players. Most recently: HIPAA-compliant clinical AI orchestration for a healthcare platform where failure isn't an option.
When he's not on a client engagement, he's in the lab. Current projects include a 6-machine distributed GPU cluster for local LLM orchestration and Ainya, a holographic AI system built from custom hardware up.

25+ years integrating emerging technology into industries that can't afford to get it wrong — energy, real estate, non-profit, manufacturing, education, SaaS, clinical AI. The compliance requirements change. The resistance to change doesn't. Neither does the work: figure out what the technology actually does, figure out what the humans actually need, and build the bridge between them in a language both sides trust.
At DBS, that's the COO function. It's also what she delivers for clients — human-centered technology integration that holds up after the consultants leave.

10+ years working across design, athletics, and digital product development. Started in product and graphic design at Lehigh University, then spent a decade coaching at every level from NCAA track and field to global on-demand fitness platforms before bringing that same discipline to UX/UI.
Designs telehealth interfaces at VCare Companion. Built a digital curriculum platform that reached 10,000+ athletes. Codes his own portfolio in Angular. Thinks in systems, ships in Figma, and prototypes in code when the situation calls for it.
At DBS, that means design work grounded in real-world experience, motion that serves the product, and UI that respects the user's time.

Justin has been closing deals at companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile for long enough that "no" functions more as a starting point than an answer. He has an almost supernatural ability to understand what a client actually needs — which is occasionally different from what they asked for — and to make the whole conversation feel easy regardless.
Originally from the west bank of New Orleans, which explains both the warmth and the persistence.

Baden has been writing about games, tech, and the industry around them for over a decade at Wolf's Gaming Blog — long enough that he was doing independent games media before "content creator" was a job title. His work is direct, opinionated, and occasionally brutal, which makes him unusually good at cutting through noise and saying what something actually is.
At DBS, he keeps the voice consistent across channels and makes sure what we publish sounds like actual humans wrote it.
